Speech Language Pathologist

Position:

Nature of position:

Permanent Part-Time
29 hours per week

Rate of pay:

Grid Level 17-P-SLP - $44.19 to $51.15

Location:

301 Dogwood Place

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, be a member in good standing in the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC and eligible for SAC Certification. Experience in pediatric intervention preferred. Must have current Criminal Record Check (through the solicitor general) as per Society policy, First Aid and CPR. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to own transportation .

Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills:

Other assets should include experience with augmentative communication, PCs, sign language, feeding, and community in-servicing. A commitment to families, teamwork, community education, and the philosophy of early intervention are the attributes of our team members. The successful candidate will also have the personal qualities and attitudes of the Societies values of: Respect-Fairness-Belonging-Inclusion.
